I know what you need, some georgeous freshwater pearls wrapped in blackened sterling silver. The pearl got strenght and the black helps you to say ... (whatever that feels right for you :)
(I know, pearls wont do it but wearing them, feeling great and strong (bad) will help :))
The pearl: largest freshwater pearls I have seen, 12 - 14mm, irregular and beautiful.
